When you buy a course in KEYcademy™, it is similar to traditional class room training with a qualified trainer, a clear course content and learning objective and a Certificate of Completion when you have completed the course and passed any test that comes with the course. But it is online, in your computer!

Other benefits are that you do not have to travel, you can complete the training at your own pace, stop and go back if anything is unclear. There is for most of the courses alsa as for traditional courses a handout or a course material to download.

You can pay with credit card or by invoice. You have to choose the payment method via the drop menu and the method and charges will be slightly different depending on if you buy as a private person or as a company.

If your choice is Credit card, we will send you an e-mail with a link to our card payment service. You are expected to fulfil the card payment within 4 days.

If your choice is Invoice, the invoice will be sent to your e-mail and you have to pay within 10 days as per our Terms and Conditions.

For private purchases, Swedish VAT will always be added to the price.

For company purchases from companies within EU but outside Sweden, and if you have registered a valid VAT number, there will be no VAT added for customers outside Sweden, "Reverse Charge" is applicable. For company purchases from companies outside EU, no VAT will be added.

You will receive an e-mail to the address you have used to register and in this e-mail there is a link where you shall choose a password. After this, you can log in by using the same e-mail and your password. The password can be changed under My pages.

You have access to the course for 6 months. During this period, you can stop, pause and repeat as much as you wish. You will see the remaining time indicated on the course site.

The actual time for each training is summarised in the course description. To that time, you have to add the time it will take for you to answer the questions and perhaps repeat if you do not answer correctly.

A course with a total time of one hours is approximately equivalent to a half day traditional course since the information is condensed compared to traditional courses where you have breaks, group exercises and dialogue with the trainer that take additional time compared to an online course.

No, all questions are presented randomly but always relate to the module you just have seen. You can repeat the questions as you wish until you pass the test for each module.

When you have passed all exams for the modules in the course, a pdf with you Certificate and a description of the course content will be generated. To be able to print it, you must have registered your date of birth. Remember to archive you Certificate in a secure place, this is your responsibility.
